Booking & payment
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due after the cleaning.
Accepted: Zelle, Cash and Cash App. No checks.Changes & cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel. You may reschedule within 15 days and apply the same deposit to the new appointment.
Pricing & first visits
Final pricing is based on square footage and the property’s current condition. A first visit may require a deep cleaning before recurring maintenance begins.

Final pricing is based on the property's square footage, current condition and requested service. We confirm the exact scope and price by text before booking.
Can I book recurring cleaning?
Yes. Twice-weekly, weekly and biweekly maintenance options are available. Monthly service is priced as a deep cleaning, and the first visit may require a deep cleaning before recurring maintenance begins.
